Third Victim Comes Forward
A third male foster child has come forward with allegation of molestation. Stephen Merritt 38 is charged with these offenses. The original story can be found here
What A Day Yesterday
I along with all the other media locally were asked by Matt to go silent for a few days to help him out with a situation. We all got individual phone calls from him asking us to which I along with everyone but Albero agreed. I had some things going on yesterday so by lunch time I wasn't even paying attention to the blog, hence the lack of posts.
Well imagine that Albero who nobody in local media takes seriously for precisely this stunt he pulls makes the be here at 9 for a big story act. I knew immedietely what he was going to do and just shook my head.
Let me tell you the real problem and that would be Tracey Powell. I had a conversation with her last year where she told me she wasn't as bad as I thought she was and you know what upon reflection she is right ..she is much much worse. She and Albero are planning to ride this case to money and notoriety. The woman had nothing to do with Sarah or the other children and the kids were much better off that way obviously.
This whole episode along with his attack on Laura Mitchell show why he above anyone is the scourge of the area. Joe Albero cares about no one but himself and how to con people, Tracey Powell is his true soul mate.
Do We Need Both A City Administrator and an Assistant?
Let me start this post with saying I am not directing this toward John Pick or Lore Chambers, it is just a question of finances and need.
It seems we have three people doing pretty much the same thing. Jim Ireton is the Mayor who basically makes the final descions on everything, and John Pick as the City Administrator makes sure the day to day operations run smoothly, and then we have Lore doing the same thing as John. I bring this up because people had a fit over Rick Pollitt and his PIO officer Jim Fineran but he makes less money then either John or Lore. Just something to think about.
Linens Of The Week Soil Issues What's Next?
Well around 6 feet under some oil contamination has been found, so whats next for the City? I despise these abandoned buildings sitting around making our City look like Philly but also know we cannot afford to put much money into turning this around if it looks very costly. Your thoughts?
Camden Nazi Forum Tonight
Well tonight at Bethany Lutheran Church the Camden Nazi Crowd will be having a Council Candidates Forum. If you look like a College kid or a landlord I'm sure they will have SS at the door to kick you to the curb.
