Do You Feel Represented?
Residents of Salisbury, would you feel represented if three of your City Council Members lived this close together?? These three have no idea what is going on in the rest of this City from their high perches looking down on us peasants in Camden. Vote April 5th and make the entire City represented.
Salisbury Traffic Cameras Coming Soon
If you are traveling through a School zone in the future be warned your speed is being closely monitored and you will receive a ticket in the mail if you go over it. The City Council agreed to send the matter to a legislative session in the future.
The Cameras would issue citations or warnings to drivers that speed in excess of 12 miles per hour over the posted speed limit. Fines cannot exceed $40 and the citation is a civil penalty. Cameras would operate Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
I think this is a good move as we have many children crossing the roads after School and it's a miracle more haven't been struck.
