Hard juice, it will get you everytime. It is a little funny when the shoe is on the other foot.

Passages, sunny Florida brother.

Will Hickman be next?

Wonder how many of those kinda things he didn't get while he was drawing from the public coffers? Or is this the first time, like that DUI thing? Hilarious

As far as Ruark is concerned all I can say is "once a crook, always a crook". As far as Hickman is concerned all I can say is "I hope so".

LOL... I knew they had something going on!!

It is very sad and I am sorry to read this. Dependency is hard to conquer.

In the real old days the only one I was ever worried about was that Carilin Mathers(?) god she hated me. That Catlin guy what a little prick. Chipper. I had to get almost fifty years old to realize that they were all new back then. Crazy. The lady who hated me back then was right as rain. The things that she hated me for are the things that I can never atone for and will always carry shame for. Pushin fifty I now respect her for her lifes work, and they fkd her. Maybe I was at the Old watering holes to long, so were alot of other people. If you had to deal with the shit of the earth every damn day think it would drive you mad? Cut a brother a break.

What the he$$ are you talking about 10:54, you must be in the sauce yourself?

Anonymous said...

Maybe the attorney greivance review board will finally take a serious look at this guy. He should have been disbarred years ago for all that he has done.

Anonymous said...

All of those that supported Ruark in the last election should now admit they were wrong. Case closed.

Anonymous said...

10:54 makes no sense......sober up & try again tomorrow maybe....

Anonymous said...

I make perfect sense if you know some history, if not oh well.

Anonymous said...

Davis needs a break from the hard juice and thats all it is. As far as history I lived it, buckle up.

Anonymous said...

And it is simply beer and Kron mthfkr.

This made my day! Thanks!

what is it about?

What a bunch of miserable a@@holes that can take such joy in another man's misery. Be ashamed cause you never know when your own life can turn for the worse.

While you cover up the female name..It can just be found on Maryland Judic. case search..DUH

The man has a disease called alcoholism he needs to get into treatment. His life will continue to spiral out of control until he corrects his condition. Mr. Ruark you are not a social drinker you are a drunk get some help.

Anonymous said...

No doubt he needs treatment, but don't use his alcoholism as an excuse for harassing this woman. The man had a free ride for years. Never had to run for office until this last election, Not even the first time cause he was appointed. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, and all that power went to his head all those years and he can't adjust to being a nobody. That massive ego combined with losing the election and not being able to give up drinking has pushed him over the edge. He can hardly stand to see his counterpart in Worcester County, Joel Todd, took his loss gracefully, then got a new job in the very office Davis used to be in charge of. Davis needs man up, get over himself and get into treatment now.

Davis Ruark

And to all, find someone who's treated you badly and make a point to forgive him or her. And ask for forgiveness when you are in the wrong. Letting it go is the only way to find happiness in this lifetime! And consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds.

I guess his hope to run against Matt in 4 years has been destroyed. What goes around comes around.

It would appear that Ruark is also in the process of getting a divorce, just thought that would be of interest

Anonymous said...

10:11 Yes, he is getting divorced. His wife finally left him after putting up with his adultery and drinking for years. I do not feel sorry for him because he's getting a divorce. He brought that on himself. It's not a good excuse anyway. Millions of people get divorced and they don't end up drunks or harass women. People stop making excuses for the Davis.
The man brought all of this on himself. It's not bad luck, it's karma.

Anonymous said...

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Anonymous said...

This is at least divorce #2 if I am not mistaken.

Anonymous said...

Thank you Mr. Taylor for having morals and hiding the identity of the victim.

The majority of alcoholics are not violent and do not get piece orders against them. Alcohol may be a problem but there is certainly a lot more to this story than we know right now. Hopefully someone from the news media (DT,WBOC,WMDT) will be at the court hearing and give us the details. Better yet, Mr. Taylor may be able to attend the hearing and then we would know that we would get the truth.

Haha...You mean Mike didn't go help him this time. Wow....KARMA is a bitch.

Anonymous said...

Ruark has ruined people's lives needlessly for years. Took great pleasure in what he did. Now, the shoe is on the other foot. Karma, someone said in an earlier post. Yes it is! He had a chance to do what was right and move on but chose not to. Now, he's falling and many in Wicomico County are enjoying the show.

How much more can one lawyer do before they are santioned or disbarred? This is certainly conduct unbecoming an officer of the court! Add this to his other past legal issues and I'd say now is the time for action.

Anonymous said...

He deserves what he gets for what he did, but hopefully, if he does in fact have an alcohol problem, someone can talk him into getting help. I know it destroyed our family when I was a kid, becasue of a parent who got mean when drunk, fortunately when I was 18, they finally got the help they needed. That person is fantastic to be around now. Too bad that my childhood, couldn't be filled with the happy memories that they could have, rather than the drunk, abusive, memories that they were. Alcoholism isn't something to joke about, and I would encourage anyone with a family member going down that road, to do what you can to change it.

How many of the commentators on here have any actual interaction with Ruark. I have been involved with him on several cases and can
say from experience in my opinion is the best prosecutor I have worked with. Yes no doubt he
has to take ownership for his bad decisions but
don't group them together with the job he did for the citizens of Wicomico County. I hope he seeks help and gets the support he needs.

Anonymous said...

Clearly Davis has some issues to deal with,Don't we all. I hope he gets whatever help he needs.

Anonymous said...

HOPE HE DIDNT HAVE A GUN THIS TIME!

Anonymous said...

How did you confirm he lost his job? Just wondering because as of Friday he was still on site in his office as I dropped off papers and saw him there!

Jonathan Taylor said...

i got confirmation trust me he was canned without the 2 week notice

Anonymous said...

11:33 J.TAYLOR STATED HE WAS SERVED THE PAPERS ON FRIDAY,THE DAY YOU DROPPED OFF PAPERS MAYBE HE WAS PACKING THEN!

Davis Ruark may have done good work for "SOME" in Wicomico County, BUT others he screwed. He knows the ones he did screw and they are enjoying his KARMA. To the person that says he should just get help, did he bother to worry about others needing help? All he worried about was prosecuting people for doing the same thing he was doing except he had Mike Lewis to sweep it under the rug until he made a mistake off of Mike's turf. I wouldn't vote for either of them again. I voted against Davis since he is a proven liar. I only hope the same happens to Lewis.

9:44, in your opinion Ruark did a good job for the county. I also had experience working with Ruark and in MY opinion he did a horrible job for the county. There are always two sides to every story but one fact remains and that is he is no longer a prosecutor and was rejected by the people of the county at the ballot box.

Jt ... I will take your word for him getting let go. But it seemed like yesterday you could only say great things about Ruark. Now u dislike him? HOW do u think MATT is doing? Just curious to know. ESPECIALLY since Julies crap has been leaked from his judicial system.

Anonymous said...

Matt does not have a mole In his office. The court has a clerk ... she is buddy buddy with JA. That is where JA gets information.

Jonathan Taylor said...

1:29 I think you must have my site confused with someone elses. I have NEVER been a Davis Ruark fan. I think maybe I should add never ever been. Matt is doing a great job and the info is not coming from his office

Many feel vindicated that Davis Ruark seems to be paying for his sins. The only problem is that it doesn't fix the lives he has distroyed.

Anonymous said...

Which law firm did he work for?

Anonymous said...

Its all downhill from here Davis. Your reap what you sow. Liar.

Anonymous said...

awwww poor thing. Just wait.

Anonymous said...

he's a fake.

You can bet your life it is another weiner gate.
