FIGHT THE FIGHT.............. FTM-PTB
I heard Joe Albero and G.A. Harrison were going to take it over, using Joe's 30+ clunker cars to form the core of a 3rd Friday Car Show on the Plaza. Then with his millions of dollars, and the revenue from G.A.'s exceptional writing skills (not to mention his copy and paste skills), they were going to fund the entire beautification effort. In fact, early guesses were that they would sponsor a Downtown Salisbury Beautification Bill in the City Council, but when it turned out that the "good old boys" thought that meant there would finally be ban on on Campbell and Cohen walking outside sans paper bag over their heads, it got shot down.
Ask a question for me? (when was the last ship built and launched in Salisbury?) Do you know. It is downtown.
You all had a show when it slides into the river and didnt even know it.
She a paddle wheel gamblin boat on her way to grand Missippi(spl)(fk off). She 200 foot and five stories up. The paddle wheel is real. Gamblin on the river. All legal built, they dont play that shit. I got a video of her going in, to fully get you have see the water that this half done vessel displaces. Theres a little piece of America downtown.
It was this past weekend.
Celebrate that dude. Thats real.
That young lady should paint that. I think she could capture it. I could watch it every day.
Real men, real sweat, real jobs. Right downtown. Does it get any more real then that?
You want to save downtown you have got to get people that matter to give a shit. You can throw all the pretty parties you want, dont matter. You have got to get the people(who have lived a good life from the area) to care enough to care. Without that it aint gonna happen. The eastern shore doesnt need saved, it needs restored.
The posers are a joke.
Me myself I want to go to Costa Rica. I will make it one day.
Momma said "been something wrong wit that boy since he was young" Momma was right. Today I had two hours alone wit Momma (which is rare) and she said "you know your money goes along way in Costa Rica" I said, good lord,"you wit me mom?" Sometimes all you have to do is open the door. The two hours or so that I spent wit my momma today are for moments of grace. Never in my wildest dreams thought mom was going wit me.
I have to become a better son because that lady has earned it.
Mirror, mirror dude...
