Campbell and Cohen Want To Eliminate Housing Board of Appeals

The Two C's and Tim have it in their mind now to eliminate the Housing Board Of Adjustments and Appeals. They don't want any oversight in the fines and other issues with Neighborhood Services and Code Compliance. This is a shot at the landlords and their rights to appeal their fines.

so if someone gets fined by the housing board and they notice many many many other homes with the same issue and are not being sited, (which this has happened) its just to bad for the home owner, it other words the regulatory department does not have to apply the code equally among simular situated homes. Is there something wrong with this picture. Their code enforcement persons, who ignore one house and sites another next to it, and they do not consider any other factor affecting the person they have sited. Again am I missing something....

1:27PM you have not noticed that this has been code enforcement's stand for years ?It was applied to me but not others,a personal vendetta applied to me because one of their friends did not like me.
