Delivery Driver Robbed Mid Day At Stop Sign
Wednesday afternoon while at a stop sign on Decatur Avenue a food delivery driver was robbed by two black males, one of which displayed a handgun and took the purse of the female driver and a small amount of currency.
Salisbury police describe the suspects as dark-skinned black males, about 25 years old, 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. One suspect had short, curly hair and wore a white sleeveless undershirt and black jacket. The second suspect, identified as having the gun, wore dark clothing.
This is bad a mid afternoon food delivery and they get robbed at gunpoint? good grief the thugs are getting very bold and that makes it get scary to go out any time of day.

What Would Happen To Kristy Hickman If Not Re-Elected?
If I would venture a guess from the little I do know about Kristy, she has zero intention of remaining at the SA office if defeated and will slip quietly away into obscurity. Maybe Davis and her can start their own law firm of defeated State's Attorneys.
Bobby Jones New Theme Song
![]() |
| sung to the Gilligans Isle Theme |
Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip, That started from this southern county, aboard Bobby's ship.
The weather started getting rough, Bobby's ship was tossed. Allan Webster dared to run and all could be lost.
So this is the tale of Bobby Jones ,he has been here for a long, long time, he thinks folks should make the best of things but it's an uphill climb
Allan Webster brings experience and expertise and can make things right, to the people in Somerset who need to see the light
Right Now You Have a 71 year old guy getting paid alot, driving in the county car to places he should not
he has no handgun,
no radio,
but drives a County Car, that is an embarrassment to folks near and far.
so just say no to Bobby Jones on Nov two, Allan Webster is the man with the plan for you.

Joe Ollinger Trying to Fit Circle in Square Hole
I don't have any personal issue with Joe Ollinger and he is a nice enough guy, but I have to take issue again with this reinvent the wheel mentality he has. Last night at the FOP forum he again as they discussed in the Times, talked about how we needed a Countywide Police Agency. Joe I am being very serious here and telling you, you are wasting your time and talent trying to accomplish something that will never happen.
This is the example I mentioned in my post election review video, he wants to come in and try to redo everything and while alot of his ideas would work if we were starting a new form of Government they will not work with an already established one. The local Municipalities will NEVER agree to become part of one County Police force, it is a waste of time, money and energy to even be considering it. We have far too many problems in Wicomico with the economy as it is to be fooling around on ideas like this.
We need Rick Pollitt to continue to lead the way right now as it simply is not the time for these radical ideas. The perfect analogy is Wicomico County is a car that isn't quite running right. Rick Pollitt is the driver who can feel the problems and radio the crew chief who is the Council and Public in this situation what the problems are that he feels. Joe Ollinger wants to take the car in disassemble it, and start from scratch. When you are running a Government you do not have time to try radical things like this especially in the economic climate we have.
Joe Ollinger would be perfect to lead a committee of people who come up with new ideas to better things, but not to be County Executive. Rick Pollitt has the pulse of the County and knows what it needs, and honestly in my opinion has done the best he can with what he has had to work with.
Seth Mitchell continues to Beat A Dead Horse
![]() |
| Seth Mitchell Body Double For Mikhail Gorbachev |
The entire SA office is rooting for Matt and what he doesn't know, do you not think the others will help? get real this inexperience argument is just about the most pathetic argument I have heard. Matt Maciarello is the future of Law Enforcement in Wicomico County and will win big November 2nd. I would rather have a quality person like Matt with less experience than someone like Seth who is about universally disliked across the board among his peers and law enforcement agencies.
Matt has the plan already set to tackle our crime problems and it is one I know first hand works. Seth Mitchell has a serious attitude problem and if he thinks this is going to win over people he is fooling himself. When I talked to Seth after he filed he told me he would probably bring in a special prosecutor because he had defended Legg's in the past but now when Matt questions him on it he acts like he personally would do it..get real Seth.
Happy Birthday to the Man, The Myth, The Legend Don Elkins
Happy Birthday Don Elkins. The Lower Shore is lucky to have Don stay around with his expertise and experience and I want to wish my friend a Happy Birthday
