Tea Party To Protest Jim Ireton's Legislative Package OCT 12TH UPDATE!

The original Salisbury Maryland Tea Party will be out to Protest Jim Ireton's Ridiculous Legislative Package on October 12th at the Fire Headquarters. Jim will blow his top at this one I am sure, better take some deep breaths Jim. I really don't know what it is going to take to get it through Jim's thick skull that nobody wants this Legislation except his friends. Jim obviously likes to waste time and tick people off as that can be the only reason he would continue this ignorant display.

UPDATE:This may be worth charging tickets for because from what I am hearing Jim is in for a very rough evening and I am unsure he won't completely lose it.

Norm Conway Already Have A Seat Locked Down?

Norm Conway will probably by the way things look, be the top vote getter in the upcoming 38B election. Norm is very well respected around this area and having talked to him he is a very nice guy and hard not to like. I think Norm already has one of the seats locked down and the question will be who will get the second.

Salisbury Needs To Take Lessons From Berlin

If there is one thing that I learned from my interview with Gee Williams last night is that Salisbury needs to have him and Joel Todd come up to Wicomico County and show them how things are done. What has been accomplished In Berlin in both the economic and criminal front is honestly amazing.

Berlin suffered from many of the same problems we are facing in Salisbury but they have been able to turn the entire town around in a very short period of time. The Downtown was revitalized, crime problems were tackled, honestly Berlin is the place to be these days and really should be the example for the Eastern Shore as to the correct way to do business. Gee Williams has alot to offer and if he is elected and takes those great ideas with him, we will all reap the benefit of his abilities.

If Jim Ireton won't resign like he needs to I am demanding that he ask questions from a town that recovered from the disaster we are going through and follow some of his suggestions to make our City come alive again.
Fall pies will be starting this week. If you want one for now or for the holidays, call and place your order. All homemade pies: Apple Crumb, Cran Apple, Pumpkin, Sweet potato, Pecan, Chocolate Pecan, Cran Walnut, Chocolate Silk.

I love This Ad Only In America

Christine O' Donnell Ad - I'm Not A Witch @ Yahoo! Video

I'm not a witch..lol only in America would a candidate have to ad that to a commercial. This lady has taken a beating in the press and very much reminds me of the abuse Julie took during her State Delegate run. I think this ad is perfect for her to put out it's funny but gets the point across

Jim Ireton and The Unpaid Parking Tickets

Are you a friend of Jim's and have gotten a parking ticket on the Downtown Plaza and don't want to pay it? good news Jim is in the business of helping you out. It seems our illustrious Mayor got quite upset at some friends of his getting ticketed Downtown and marched himself into the office and told them they were to be dismissed under his authority and wrote on the tickets "educated citizens"

I am so happy to see Jim showing favoritism and using his authority to keep friends out of parking tickets and keeping the city from receiving the money from these tickets..two thumbs up Jim great job.

Fireboat Shelved For Now

The Salisbury Fire Department Fireboat has been shelved for the time being as last night at the City Work Session a consensus could not be reached. This was a no win situation for everyone with the current economic climate, people would have been beyond ticked if it had passed, but at the same time it is needed. This was a no win

Welcome To McDermottville

After my article yesterday about the issues in Pocomoke I received several emails from people living in the war zone and one of them sent me this picture of the welcome sign which says it all. Mike McDermott uses his silver tongue speaking abilities to fool the people outside of Pocomoke into thinking he is a viable candidate for an office when he has forgotten the very people he represents.

Pocomoke is ready to fight back Mike and Russ so you better start looking for boxes to pack your stuff up. The people have had it with your lack of concern and are now seeing Pocomoke in the light which you have feared for so long, I just find it sad that a young man has to get stabbed to death in front of the middle School to finally remove the shades from the windows so now everyone can see inside your house.

Beau Oglesby As A Prosecutor

The Defendant's name is Patrick Leon Dixon and the case is in Caroline County and can be found on MD Case search. Beau was the Prosecutor on this case and you see the disposition? He put an attempted First and Second Degree Murder Case on the Stet Docket. Nice Work Beau, please Worcester County share this info with your neighbors so they can see this man is not someone you need as a State's Attorney

Great News For Salisbury

I was very happy to see that someone has purchased the Abandoned Bayliner building in the industrial park and plans on bringing jobs to our area. Thank you to Sperry Van Ness-Miller and Wade rentals for making this happen as this is what is needed to rebuild our once great City.
