These are his "posts" all of them are filler and copy and paste with nothing original written. Joe likes to say he is only doing what other media places do by getting info from other sources but he is so dumb he doesn't mention the fact that it's because they are all under the same corporate umbrella. The Daily Times is owned by Gannett who owns USA Today so they are not stealing content for the newspaper it's their corporations property. Sbynews on the other hand goes to all the main sites finds a story copy and pastes it over hoping that it will attract people who search for that topic. Their is no news on sbynews except what is already out on other mainstream media websites. Joe cannot write and the only thing he does do that people even go to his site for is to amuse people like a freaking clown which is precisely what he is.
Like a train wreck people love to see the carnage and that is the people that Albero caters to. If anyone actually goes to sbynews to find out what happened in Texas they are mentally incompetent to even be a human being. Sbysnooze really is what that site is and Joe has to every once in a while do one of his crazy routines like with Julie to scare people into still fearing him when people only laugh at him. The fact is Albero anything you can do I can do better, and I have.
Comment Worthy A Post On Legislative Package
Ah... perhaps you folks could make an effort to think for yourselves. Why is it Campbell, Cohen and Ireton's diversion tactic to link the rental industry to crime gets a free pass? Going after the landlords is an agenda item not a way to decrease crime. Why is it Ireton, Campbell and Cohen's cronyism and back room deals get a free pass? The concept of "rentals equal crime" is an insult to most of the people who rent in this city. Can you Campbellites really say you have never rented a property? And when you did, were you involved in crime? Additionally, If the mayor was truly interested in drafting legislation to assist the landlord in specifically evicting badly behaved tenants, why did Ireton consistently refuse to meet with the landlords during its 14 month legislative drafting? And, now that some of the apparent holes in the legislation have been identified, why does the mayor continue to refuse to meet with the Landlords? Seems to me, he needs their expertise. Whether you like their organization or not, SAPOA members are among the true housing specialists in this city. SAPOA could have been of huge assistance in drafting effective legislation not punitive legislation, had they been included in the problem solving process. Oops, I forgot. Mayor Ireton is not really interested in solving problems, he is interested in perpetuating the blame game and forcing through an agenda. An agenda, which he has attached to the Safe Streets program as a vehicle for getting it passed. Even though the people of Salisbury are desperate to get the crime under control, I don't think they will fall for the tactic that rental legislation will get murderers, thieves and gangs off the streets. Salisbury citizens are astute enough to recognize that the so called "Safe Streets Legisation" will have detrimental results to many fellow citizens and small businesses that make Salisbury their home.
