At Least 2 Boxes Will Remain Unchecked

On the Republican Ballot there are at least 2 boxes that I will not check. I will not cast a vote for Mike Lewis or Joe Holloway regardless of them running unopposed. This is a personal decision but at least I can know that they didn't get a vote from me. It's really a shame you can't write in the boxes because I think I could fit "not a chance in hell" in there honestly.

Julie Brewington Signs Taking Over Great Job Julie!

If you haven't been out on the south side of town then you have missed the incredible amount of Julie Brewington signs that are all over. Julie has done an honest hard working campaign and I hope the people recognize her as the choice to represent them. John Phoebus and John Cannon only cater to the elite and wealthiest citizens. We need a true grassroots individual to represent us in Annapolis and that person is Julie Brewington. Great job Julie we are proud of you.

Controversy at Detention Center

I had heard last week about this video that was coming out regarding the use of force from a Wicomico County Sheriff's Deputy and the article in the times really says it all. Click here to read the story and watch the video.

I don't know what to say after watching the video but the two detention center guys did look like they were trying to protect Mr Driver from Deputy Tull. I'm not sure if maybe the Deputy was having a bad day or something because this looked way over the top for someone just tossing the papers back at him. I sincerely hope that a full investigation is done into the entire situation and if the Deputy did what it looks like on video and by the reports of the two detention center employees there must be some disciplinary action taken.

I also hope that an outside agency does this as I sadly do not have faith in Mike Lewis doing anything correctly.

County Council At Large

You can vote for two but I am only voting for one and that is Chris Lewis. It seems that Bob Culver and Matt Holloway have formed an alliance which we do not need. We need people that can think independent of each other and not already have a voting bloc. http://christopherlewis.webs.com/

Missing Person Update

Narrative: On 28 August 2010 the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the disappearance of Alex Xavier Arroyo – Flores, 21 years old, of Salisbury. Investigation revealed that Arroyo – Flores left his residence the previous evening at approximately 5:00 PM with the intent on heading to his place of employment in Fruitland, but has not been seen since leaving his residence.


Arroyo – Flores is a Hispanic Male, 5’10” with average length brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red McDonald’s polo, black pants and boots. He was known to have left in a 2007 Toyota Corolla, silver in color with Maryland registration. All area law enforcement have been alerted to this information and this case is being actively investigated by the Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone who may have heard from Arroyo- Flores or may possibly have any information as to his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office immediately at 410-548-4890.

The main people that I support for the Central Committee are Michael Swartz, Joe Collins, David Goslee Sr and Bon Laun. Vote for any of the others except GA (I don't have a valid driver's license)Harrison and Mark (I don't care about crime now that My best bud Joe Albero's enemy Chief Webster is gone)McIver.

I do not like to make any personal attacks but those 2 are first class morons. Mark
Mciver is running for central committee yet  Afp was not partisan enough for him so he started Conservatives for Maryland which is a Ehrlich love club (John Phoebus has the tattoo).  Everyone knows that Murphy is the only Conservative in the race, how can you have a club called Conservatives for Maryland and support Bob Ehrlich?

And seriously GA Harrison Joe Albero's little attack dog who can't follow the rules and law the rest of us have to? Spare us we do not need these 2 buffoons anywhere in public representing anyone except their hero Albero as they are all a natural embarrassment.

Sample Ballots Mailed Out Time To Get Serious

If you are like me you have received or will this week your sample ballots. It is time to get serious and discuss who needs your votes. Races that have no dog in the primary race are now going to be put on hold till after the 14th. I will be breaking each race down and sharing my picks for each. Since I'm a Registered Republican all my picks will be from that party since they are who I can vote for in the primary. I will be displaying the image of the campaign I support under each post but will also explain my reasoning and allow opposing views as long as they do not turn into personal attacks.

This was a neat little get together but again I am very disappointed that the public takes no interest in getting out and meeting these fine candidates. The room was full of Politicians, or Bloggers with only the one lady coming out to answer questions. The candidates in attendance were as follows.

I hope more people take an interest after the primary as I see such voter apathy going on right now it is sad. I see that some other website laughed at the event and the little amount of people that showed up for this event since it was only advertised by me, but yet I think I will take that as an honor considering the number of candidates listed above that showed up. I guess it shows they read my site daily doesn't it Joe. It does make me remember the incredible pull that site had last year when they asked their readers to show up at the BOE meeting and complain about the inauguration being a part of the activities and zero people showed up so I guess I am up 1 on you Joe :)

This was the most interesting part of the evening. Rudy Cane showed up and during the walking around talking segment Dustin who is running against Rudy had a mini debate with some raised voices..it was impressive.
