Beau Oglesby Has Been Fined Over 1,000 Dollars

The fall out on the late fees Beau has received is getting even more interesting when it has been revealed now he has been fined over 1,000 dollars in late fees from past campaigns as well. Why does Beau feel he doesn't have to file his campaign finance reports? 1 time an oversight 2 and 3 times no excuse. This is not someone we need as State's Attorney when he can't do something simple like file his reports on time.

Get Out This Weekend And Meet Marty Pusey

I have several Meet n Greets this weekend starting at the Perfect Dress tonight from 5:00 - 7:00 with a wine tasting, appetizers, and live music.  It's at 221 E. Main St., Salisbury. 

Tomorrow I will be at the Pittsville Dinette from 8:30-10:00 a.m. with a Continental Breakfast available and some chit-chat.

Lastly, it's not too late to come to my Crab Feast on Sunday at the Mansion House in Public Landing from 3:00 - 6:00 P.M.

Ed "Not Being Very" Wise In a Bunch Of Trouble

Jim Ireton's pick for the Safe Streets Program Ed Wise is in a bunch of trouble. It seems Ed has been charged with  driving while impaired, driving under the influence, negligent driving and failure to stop. It is also being reported that his employment is under internal investigation as well.

Look I hope Ed Wise gets the help he needs to deal with whatever problems he is having and this is not about him as it really is about Jim Ireton's poor selections and judges of character. You cannot appoint someone in the position of being part of the Safe Streets program simply because you like the guy. This has set a bad example to the kids in the Church Street neighborhood as well and really is embarrassing to the City.
